Shipping Terms
All shipments are made FOB Origin (Free On Board Shipping Point). Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser when the shipment is tendered to the carrier at our distribution facility.

Route Package Protection is offered automatically at checkout to provide coverage for eligible lost, damaged, or stolen shipments during transit and after delivery. If the customer voluntarily removes Route Package Protection at checkout, the customer accepts the risk of loss, theft, or damage, and Riffraff Diesel is not responsible for replacing or refunding the shipment except as otherwise required by law.

Priority Mail - 3-5 Business Day ($50 Liability Limit by USPS)
First Class Mail - 2-10 Business Day (No liability coverage by USPS)

International Shipping
Currently International shipping is only available by utilizing a freight forwarder. We have provided a few suggestions to make your shopping easier.

Shipping Policy
Once an order enters our fulfillment process we are generally unable to make changes to the contents, shipping address, or shipping service selected. UPS Transit time can vary based on service selected from 1-8 business days. USPS Transit times can vary from 2-10+ business days depending on which service is selected. USPS Shipping is not a guaranteed service, and is not able to be refunded based on a delivery/ transit delay. Riffraff Diesel reserves the right to require an adult signature for any shipment, including but not limited to orders exceeding $500. Next Day Air, and Expedited Services cut off time for ordering is 2pm PST, and can change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances, contact us if you have questions. Unless otherwise specified, free shipping orders will be shipped using the carrier and service level selected by Riffraff Diesel. Carrier transit times are calculated using business days only and do not include weekends, carrier-observed holidays, or company closures. We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice if we determine it provides the customer with better service. UPS Service Guarantee only applies to Next Day Air Service. No other service level has a guaranteed delivery time. 

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges and restocking fees. 

Delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer, as evidenced by carrier tracking records, delivery photographs, GPS confirmation, or other carrier documentation, constitutes prima facie evidence of delivery and fulfillment of Riffraff Diesel’s shipping obligations.
